Thanks to clean pastures and our own ecological cattle breeding, we provide our guests with fresh milk, butter, yoghurts, cheeses and cottage cheese of our own production on a daily basis. Everyday we also bake our own bread, bread rolls, and pastries. We breed Limousine meat cows providing excellent meat. We strive to ensure that cured meats and fish come from our own smokehouse. We combine what’s best in homely flavours with the art of preparation that will satisfy the most sophisticated tastes. All meals are served in the form of a self-service buffet with dishes appealing both to adults and children.


We offer a selection of carefully chosen wines on-site, including excellent bottles from the renowned local Turnau Winery, as well as craft beers from the Połczyn Brewery.
We also invite you to try our homemade preserves and join us for Saturday liqueur tastings, made from the treasures generously shared with us by the surrounding nature.
On request, we prepare vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free (with a limited gluten content), and lactose-free (with a limited lactose content) dishes – for your convenience mark your diatery preferences at booking.

During the holiday season, every Saturday evening, a meal is served in the grill hut – grilled dishes cooked over an open fire, baked potatoes, vegetables, salads, pickles, plus complimentary mulled wine, wine, or beer depending on the weather, along with a communal tasting of homemade liqueurs.
