Child Protection Policy – Stary Młyn Strzeszyn

Dear Guests,

Please be informed that from August 15, 2024, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of May 13, 2016, on Counteracting Sexual Crime Threats and Protecting Minors, and the implementation of the MINOR PROTECTION STANDARDS (SOM), the following are required to register a child at the Stary Młyn Strzeszyn facility:

  • Your identity document (ID card, passport, driver’s license, or the mObywatel app)
  • The identity document of the child traveling with you. This applies to both relatives and non-relatives of the child, such as grandparents or uncles who are not the child’s legal guardians at the time.
  • Parental or legal guardian consent if the child is not yours.
  • If the above documents (points 2 and 3) are not provided, you must sign a statement regarding your relationship to the child and the child’s personal data.

We kindly ask for your understanding towards our staff, who are obligated under the new regulations to verify the relationship between the child and the accompanying adults at the hotel.

Our primary concern is the safety of your children.

The full Child Protection Policy, as well as a simplified version for children, is available at the Stary Młyn Strzeszyn reception and on our website.
